Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to Supr.technology and the Supr customer dashboard, API, documentation, billing flows, and related services. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Supr, you agree to these Terms.
Plain-language summary
Supr helps you run supervised AI agent work, but you remain responsible for what you submit, approve, publish, deploy, or rely on. Plans include limits, billing is handled through Stripe, and agent output should be reviewed before it is used in production.
- Keep your account and billing information accurate.
- Do not use Supr to bypass laws, safety controls, usage limits, or approval policies.
- Review agent plans and output before relying on them.
- Contact support if billing, access, or agent-run behavior looks wrong.
1. Who may use Supr
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Supr for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate account and billing information, promptly update it when it changes, and notify us at editor@mr.technology if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Supr offers free trials and paid monthly subscriptions. Paid plans include a fixed monthly allotment of agent credits, project limits, autonomy limits, and other runtime guardrails shown on the Pricing page or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. You authorize us and Stripe to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals using the payment method you provide. If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until the account is current. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless the dashboard, Stripe Customer Portal, or an order form states otherwise.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. We may change pricing or plan limits for future billing periods by giving reasonable notice.
4. Usage limits and agent credits
Agent credits are a usage-control mechanism for agent runs. Supr may reject or delay requests that exceed plan limits, violate policy, appear abusive, or create operational risk. Internal metering may include agent-run records, runtime seconds, project usage, audit logs, and billing state.
5. AI agent output and human review
Supr helps submit, route, monitor, and meter AI agent work. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing and approving plans, code, text, commands, recommendations, and other output before relying on them or using them in production.
Supr is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other professional advice. You must not use Supr to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review and compliance controls.
6. Customer content
You retain ownership of prompts, project context, files, instructions, outputs, and other content you submit to Supr. You grant Supr a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use Customer Content as needed to provide, secure, improve, support, and bill for the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content and for ensuring it does not violate law, third-party rights, or the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Restrictions
You may not misuse Supr, interfere with the platform, bypass usage limits, probe or attack systems, resell access without permission, submit unlawful content, or use Supr in ways prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, non-payment, or legal compliance.
8. Third-party services
Supr uses third-party services, including Cloudflare for hosting and edge services, Stripe for billing, and Google Cloud for the private agent runtime when enabled. Your use of those features may be subject to third-party terms, policies, and availability.
9. Service changes and availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Supr. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or permanent availability of any feature, plan, preview, integration, or runtime.
10. Confidentiality and feedback
Non-public product, technical, business, pricing, security, and roadmap information disclosed through Supr should be treated as confidential unless it is public or independently known. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
11. Disclaimers
Supr is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to Supr for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you have not paid.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Supr from claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of Supr, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by posting an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
