Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Supr.technology, the Supr dashboard, API, agent-run workflows, and related services. You are responsible for your users, prompts, project context, outputs, integrations, and actions taken through your account.

The short version

Use Supr for legitimate project work. Do not use supervised agents to attack systems, deceive people, evade controls, automate harmful activity, or make high-impact decisions without qualified human review.

  • Only test systems you own or have permission to test.
  • Do not try to extract secrets, credentials, private prompts, or platform internals.
  • Do not bypass billing, usage, autonomy, approval, or access controls.
  • Keep human approval around risky, external, destructive, or irreversible actions.

1. Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

You may not use Supr to plan, enable, automate, or carry out:

  • illegal activity or evasion of law enforcement, sanctions, export controls, or regulatory requirements;
  • violence, threats, harassment, extortion, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse;
  • fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, phishing, social engineering, or credential theft;
  • spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, fake engagement, scraping that violates law or contracts, or platform manipulation;
  • malware, ransomware, botnets, destructive code, unauthorized access, or exploitation of systems without permission.

2. Cybersecurity and systems access

Security research, testing, and code analysis must be lawful, authorized, and scoped to systems you own or have permission to test. You may not use Supr to discover, exploit, persist in, or exfiltrate from systems without authorization, or to bypass authentication, rate limits, approvals, monitoring, or security controls.

3. High-impact and regulated uses

You may not use Supr as the sole decision-maker for legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment, housing, education, criminal justice, public safety, critical infrastructure, or other high-impact decisions. These uses require appropriate human review, expert oversight, legal compliance, and written approval where applicable.

Do not submit protected health information, payment card data, government identifiers, children's data, biometric data, or other highly sensitive data unless you have confirmed that your plan, agreements, and compliance controls support that use.

4. Content and intellectual property

You may not submit or generate content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy or publicity rights, exposes confidential information without authorization, or is defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, deployment, or reliance.

5. Platform integrity

You may not:

  • reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, degrade, or attack Supr or its providers;
  • circumvent billing, usage limits, agent credits, autonomy limits, approval policies, or access controls;
  • share accounts, resell access, or use Supr to provide a competing hosted service without permission;
  • hide the origin of requests, rotate identities to evade limits, or create accounts to avoid enforcement;
  • submit prompts or content designed to extract secrets, system prompts, credentials, or private platform information.

6. Agent autonomy and approvals

Supr is designed around approval-gated agent work. You must not use agent output to execute irreversible, destructive, risky, or externally visible actions without appropriate human approval. Higher autonomy levels are bounded by plan limits and may be denied, downgraded, paused, or audited.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, terminate, remove content, block requests, disable integrations, preserve records, or report activity when needed to protect users, Supr, providers, or the public. We may consider intent, severity, recurrence, operational impact, and cooperation when deciding enforcement.

8. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse, security issues, or policy violations to editor@mr.technology.
